All of our Landcruiser 40 conversions include completely re-wiring the vehicle with our proprietary wiring harnesses. These wiring harnesses are the result of several years of research and development and are an absolute game-changer in our product line. Requiring the purchase over $200,000 in specialized tooling, software, and ultrasonic welding equipment in order to make these a reality. The results are simply fantastic. These wiring harnesses mean that 100% of your converted vehicles’ electrical wiring will be brand new. This means all new modern connectors, labeled wires, and a waterproof fuse box for a seamlessly integrated system. We designed this system from scratch to incorporate modern vehicle electronics and hardware. This means that your vehicle will be pre-wired for things like navigation systems, GPS, digital gauge clusters, and ac/heat systems. The ability to scan your Vintage Landcruiser with a laptop is a function that you have to see to believe.
CAD-DESIGNED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Your FJ40 D-4D will have 100% brand new wiring throughout. This means from the headlights to the brake lights, all connectors, wiring, and fuse panels are all brand new. If you’ve owned an old Landcruiser, you’ll know how frustrating troubleshooting old wiring can be. With our Fj40 D-4D conversions, you can say goodbye to electrical issues.

We designed our FJ40 D-4D wiring harnesses for today’s technology. Our Fj40 D-4D conversions come pre-wired for things like GPS, additional power ports, onboard air, and modern AC/HEATING systems. This provides the owner an unprecedented level of fit and finish.
DIGITAL INSTRUMENTATION
Our Fj40 D-4D Conversions come standard with digital instrumentation. This means the addition of a tachometer, indicator lights, and programmability not found on older vehicles.

DEVELOPMENT
A monumental amount of research and development went into our Landcruiser DT-630 conversion packages. We started off by 3D laser scanning all available parts and inputting them into CAD. We then crafted precision-made parts all done in-house for exact fitment without compromise. The results are simply stunning!
